America's Heroes at Work
- America's Heroes at Work is a US Department of Labor (DOL) project that focuses on the employment challenges of returning service members living with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) and/or Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD).
Brain Injury Association of America (BIAA)
- BIAA is the leading national organization serving and representing individuals, families and professionals who are touched by a life-altering, often devastating, traumatic brain injury (TBI). Together with its network of more than 40 chartered state affiliates, as well as hundreds of local chapters and support groups across the country, the BIAA provides information, education and support to assist the 3.17 million Americans currently living with TBI and their families.
Brain Injury Association of Oregon (BIAOR)
- BIAOR's mission is to improve the quality of life of persons with brain injury and their families and to prevent brain injury.

- BrainLine is a national multimedia project offering information and resources about preventing, treating, and living with TBI.
Defense and Veterans Brain Injury Center (DVBIC)
- DVBIC's mission is to serve active duty military, their dependents and veterans with traumatic brain injury (TBI) through state-of-the-art medical care, innovative clinical research initiatives and educational programs.
Oregon Brain Injury Resource Network (OBIRN)
- The mission of the Oregon Brain Injury Resource Network is to improve access to information and services for individuals with brain injury, their families, and the professionals who serve them. The Resource Network houses information on all aspects of brain injury, from the point of initial injury throughout the life span of the individual.
Oregon’s Independent Living (IL) Centers
- Centers for independent living (CILs) are private, nonprofit corporations that provide services to maximize the independence of individuals with disabilities and the accessibility of the communities they live in.
Oregon’s Office of Vocational Rehabilitation Services (OVRS)
- Helps individuals with disabilities prepare for, secure, retain or regain gainful employment, including advancing in employment if currently underemployed due to disability. Provides employment evaluations, training and other work related services to eligible persons with disabilities.
