Juvenile Rights Project, Inc. (JRP)

  • JRP provides high quality legal services to children and families, without the means to retain counsel, through individual representation in juvenile proceedings, and through class-wide advocacy in the courts and legislature.

Lewis & Clark Legal Clinic

  • The Lewis and Clark Legal Clinic is the civil practice clinic for the Law School, providing students with practical "hands on" experience in developing lawyering skills.  The Clinic represents low-income individuals experiencing a variety of civil and administrative law problems.  These legal problems include, but are not limited to: unemployment compensation, residential evictions, chapter 7 bankruptcy, child support modifications, domestic violence cases, and tax controversies with the Internal Revenue Service.

National Disability Rights Network (NDRN)

  • NDRN is the nonprofit membership organization for the federally mandated Protection and Advocacy (P&A) Systems and Client Assistance Programs (CAP) for individuals with disabilities.  Protection and Advocacy agencies (P&As) exist in all states and territories and receive funds under a variety of federal programs.  There is also a Native American P&A in the four corners region of the Southwest.  The P&A network is the nation’s largest provider of legally based advocacy services for individuals with disabilities in the United States.  Although many, if not most, of P&A clients are low-income, the P&A statutes allow them to serve all individuals with disabilities, without any income restriction.

  • Free legal information for low-income Oregonians.

Oregon State Bar Lawyer Referral Service

  • Provides referrals to member attorneys based on location, area of law and special services offered.

ProtectOregonCourts.org

  • ProtectOregonCourts.org is dedicated to preserving the impartiality of the judiciary and opposing attempts to threaten our judicial system, undercut resources to the judicial branch or reduce access to justice for all citizens.

St. Andrew Legal Clinic (SALC)

  • SALC is a community-based non-profit organization that provides quality legal services, in the area of family law, to low-income individuals and families who might otherwise not have access to them.  Legal representation is provided on a sliding fee scale in the areas of: child custody, child support, divorce, family abuse prevention, guardianship, paternity, spousal support, step-parent adoption, and visitation/parenting time.
