Fair Housing Action Plan 2011
This Action Plan sets forth the bold steps Multnomah County will take over the next five years to end discrimination in rental housing.
FAIR HOUSING PLAN 2011: An Analysis of Impediments to Fair Housing Choice and the Strategies to Address Them
The task of this study is to evaluate the current situation in Multnomah County to determine: (1) whether impediments to fair housing confront protected classes; (2) if such impediments do exist, understand why they exist; (3) to set forth what is being done to eliminate these impediments; and (4) to make recommendations to address those impediments. DRO attorney Neisha Saxena served on the two advisory committees who helped develop this report, which included housing providers, housing stakeholders, community members, and Consortium staff. For several months, these two groups reviewed data sets, conducted interviews, and asked hard questions to identify actions and policies that restrict housing choice.
HUD - 2008 ANNUAL HOMELESS ASSESSMENT REPORT TO CONGRESS
This report is the fourth in a series of annual reports about homelessness in the United States. The report breaks new ground by being the first report to provide year-to-year trend information that explores changes in the patterns of homelessness over time.

Applicants with disabilities may face additional challenges during screening procedures due to poor credit histories, often exacerbated by outstanding medical costs related to their disability.
Supportive Housing: Myths and Facts

Tenant's Rights in Foreclosure Flyer
An updated flyer on tenant's rights ín foreclosure from Legal Aid Services of Oregon and Oregon Law Center.
