PLANNING FOR WORK -- OREGON’S WORK INCENTIVES PLANNING & ASSISTANCE PROJECT

ABOUT US
DISABILITY RIGHTS OREGON (DRO) promotes OPPORTUNITY, ACCESS and CHOICE for individuals with disabilities.  We assist people with legal representation, advice and information designed to help solve problems directly related to their disabilities.  All of our services are confidential and free of charge.

PLANNING FOR WORK
Planning for Work helps people with disabilities who receive:

SSI: SUPPLEMENTAL SECURITY INCOME
SSDI: SOCIAL SECURITY DISABILITY INSURANCE

WE ARE OREGON’S WORK INCENTIVES PLANNING & ASSISTANCE PROJECT.

Be informed about how working can impact your Social Security benefits and health insurance.

WE CAN HELP.  CALL US.

Considering returning to work or working now?
Concerned about how wages from a job may affect your benefits or health care?

WE UNDERSTAND HOW WORKING AFFECTS BENEFITS.

Speak with a Community Work Incentives Coordinator (CWIC) to get answers to your questions.

Our CWICs can:
EXPLAIN the confusing Social Security work rules
IDENTIFY Work Incentives that fit your individual situation
PROVIDE tools and assistance in reporting income to the Social Security Administration

PROTECTION & ADVOCACY FOR BENEFICIARIES OF SOCIAL SECURITY (PABSS)
People with disabilities who receive SSI or SSDI and have a disability-related employment issue may wish to contact Disability Rights Oregon’s PABSS Program.  PABSS focuses on employment options and assists in eliminating workplace barriers.

DONATIONS
