State report finds Moises Perez received poor treatment at OSH; Superintendent Roy Orr resigns
A report released today regarding the October death of OSH patient Moises Perez identified "serious and significant concerns" related to his overall care and treatment. Also, State Hospital Superintendent Roy Orr has resigned. Read the report and two responses from state agencies.
