Need Help?

When you request help from us for yourself or on someone else's behalf, we will determine the kind of assistance we can provide that will best help you. Direct representation is limited to persons who have a disability and a legal problem directly related to their disability.

Disability Rights Oregon (DRO) is Oregon's Protection & Advocacy (P&A) System.  We provide our services to Oregonians and to individuals experiencing a disability-related legal issue with an Oregon business, agency or employer.  In the orange box to the left are links to more detailed information about the services we provide, and to other resources that may be of assistance to you.

Call us or click here to fill out our intake form on-line if you need our services.

Our hours are 9am - 12p, 1pm - 5pm, Monday - Friday.  Voicemail is available 24/7.  All calls to us are confidential.

We return calls and on-line intake forms in the order received.  Please do not call us and fill out an intake form on-line for the same issue.

If you call, be prepared to tell the person who answers the phone some information about yourself and the reason you are calling.  An Intake Specialist will usually call you back within two to five business days to get more information and to discuss your concerns.

Your issue may be discussed with our legal team to get you additional information or assistance.

If we can't be of direct assistance, we'll refer you to other possible sources of help.
