For the seventh year, VSA arts and Volkswagen Group of America, Inc., partnered to recognize emerging artists with disabilities who demonstrate promise in the visual arts.  The largest awards program in the country for emerging artists, the 15 award recipients will be awarded a total of $60,000 during a reception on Capitol Hill held Sept. 24.  The "Green Light" exhibition will tour college and university galleries for two years following its initial showing at the Smithsonian Institution.
