ADA Title III and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act: Reed College/Kindle DX

A complaint filed with the U.S. Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division and the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights today asserts that Reed College is violating the civil rights of its blind students. Disability Rights Oregon filed the complaint together with the National Federation of the Blind (NFB) and the American Council of the Blind (ACB) It is one of five complaints filed against institutions of higher education across the country.
